Florin Apartments

In the “Florin” house we have two bedroom apartments for 4 people each.
The house is located in Via Florin, 275, opposite to the ski lifts and mountain bike trails of the “Carosello 3000” and a short walk from cross-country skiing; the entrance to the pedestrian and cycle track that runs alongside the Spoel river is only 300 meters from the house.
In an area well served (supermarket, butcher restaurants and bars within a few meters) about 2 km from the town center which is also accessible by free buses that stop every 15 minutes at 50 meters from the house.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (attic) and consists of: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (or double), fully renovated bathroom with shower and hair dryer, living room, kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave and TV.

HOW TO BOOK:

To book the apartment, please contact us:

Your reservation will be considered valid only after receiving a confirmation email with your personal details and a deposit by bank transfer or money order. Please also send a copy of the payment done. Please specify into the payment infos, your name and surname with which you made the reservation, arrival and departure dates.

USEFUL INFORMATION:

  • Please note that the apartments are available from 14.00 pm of the arrival day until 9.00 am of the departure day.
  • You can perform the check-in and key collection operations with Cusini Luca in via Florin, 275
  • The apartments are equipped with bedding and bath sheets.
  • Final cleaning are included into the price of the stay, we kindly ask you to return the apartment clean and tidy, in case of problems during the final inspection before the departure, we reserve the right to request the amount required for the final cleaning. Finally we invite you to bring the waste to the bins outside the apartment before departure. Cradle and highchair are available on request.
  • Pets accepted only on request and there is a weekly supplement.
  • We reserve the right to request, at our discretion, a security deposit for any damage caused to the apartment.
  • In respect of those who shall stay in the apartment after you, we ask to DON’T smoke inside the apartment.
