Into our “Campacc” house you’ll find 3 apartments for 2/3/4 people each, all bathrooms and kitchens have been completely refurbished, excellent solution for families, couples, groups of friends.
The house is located in Via Campacc, 207/209 in a quiet and sunny location only 10 minutes from the town center, you can also reach it comfortably with free buses that stop less than 100 meters from the house.
In winter time, you’ll find a ski lift just 600 meters far and in summer you’ll find yourself surrounded by green meadows and just a few steps from the trails in the picturesque Val Federia area. Close by the house you can walk on the pedestrian that runs alongside the river Spoel in both summer and winter.
In summer, your children can enjoy the games that you will find in the lawn-garden while they make use of deck chairs and barbecue for a barbecue with friends.

HOW TO BOOK: To book the apartment, please contact us:

Your reservation will be considered valid only after receiving a confirmation email with your personal details and a deposit by bank transfer or money order. Please also send a copy of the payment done. Please specify into the payment infos, your name and surname with which you made the reservation, arrival and departure dates. USEFUL INFORMATION:
  • Please note that the apartments are available from 14.00 pm of the arrival day until 9.00 am of the departure day.
  • You can perform the check-in and key collection operations with Cusini Cinzia in via Campacc, 209
  • The apartments are equipped with bedding and bath sheets.
  • Final cleaning are included into the price of the stay, we kindly ask you to return the apartment clean and tidy, in case of problems during the final inspection before the departure, we reserve the right to request the amount required for the final cleaning. Finally we invite you to bring the waste to the bins outside the apartment before departure. Cradle and highchair are available on request.
  • Pets accepted only on request and there is a weekly supplement.
  • We reserve the right to request, at our discretion, a security deposit for any damage caused to the apartment.
  • In respect of those who shall stay in the apartment after you, we ask to DON’T smoke inside the apartment.
