The apartment is located in Via Rin, 443 / h in a central and very sunny area. It’s in a central and very sunny place. It is just 200 meters from the center and pedestrian area. It is also in front of the pedestrian and cycle track that runs alongside the Spoel river and close to the ski lifts and cross-country ski trail that runs along the whole town. Completely renovated and refurbished in spring 2012 on the first floor, consists of: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, hair dryer and washing machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave, sofa, large sunny balcony. Is also available to our guests the free box-garage, the heated ski and boot storage and bicycle storage. .

Your reservation will be considered valid only after receiving a confirmation email with your personal details and a deposit by bank transfer or money order. Please also send a copy of the payment done. Please specify into the payment infos, your name and surname with which you made the reservation, arrival and departure dates.

USEFUL INFORMATION:

  • Please note that the apartments are available from 14.00 pm of the arrival day until 9.00 am of the departure day.
  • You can check-in and collect the keys at the Jolly Market shop in Via Fontana, 234 (the area is ZTL, it is advisable to reach us on foot to avoid unpleasant penalties)
  • The apartments are equipped with bedding and bath sheets.
  • Final cleaning are included into the price of the stay, we kindly ask you to return the apartment clean and tidy, in case of problems during the final inspection before the departure, we reserve the right to request the amount required for the final cleaning. Finally we invite you to bring the waste to the bins outside the apartment before departure. Cradle and highchair are available on request.
  • Pets accepted only on request and there is a weekly supplement.
  • We reserve the right to request, at our discretion, a security deposit for any damage caused to the apartment.
  • In respect of those who shall stay in the apartment after you, we ask to DON’T smoke inside the apartment.
